Why did we do this?
This functionality allows companies to customize notifications for the critical order events. Establishing this formal framework and timeline is important for keeping things organized and for managing operational efficiencies. Now that the timeline is formalized, we can start working on some exciting things! In fact, several of the new features in our next release depend on this structure.
