Set a Static Tax Rate

Override Sales Tax Lookup should only be set if you know what the tax rate should be and you would like to ignore TaxJar.

Ignore the TaxJar service on a per-store basis.

  1. Navigate to System > List > Stores 

  2. Select the pencil icon for any store

  3. Turn on “Override Sales Tax Lookup”

  4. Also, be sure to set a tax rate in the Sales Tax field
