Prep Invoices For Transaction Pro -> Quickbooks

Summary: If you’re using Quickbooks, you know how exhausting it can be to constantly copy and paste information from The Shed App. That’s where a little tool called Transaction Pro comes in. It maps the data from a CSV to Quickbooks Desktop.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Accounting > Invoices

2. Make sure you are only seeing the invoices you want by adding Filters.

a. A filter to consider if you want paid & delivered buildings: Status = Closed

3. Hover over Actions

4. Select Export XLS or Export CSV

5. Select the fields you want to export and click Download

6. Your file should now be in your Downloads folder on your device
