View in your Account
You can also access your 3D Catalog from within your TSA account. There are two locations to view the 3D models that are available in your account.
3D Style Catalog: System > Categories > Building Styles > Add Style > 3D Catalog.
3D Option Catalog: System > Catalogs > Option > Add Option > 3D Catalog.
How to Get Custom 3D?
If you cannot find what you want in the standard 3D models, then we can build exactly what you want in 3D. Outlined below is the process for requesting Custom 3D.
1. Sign in to the Custom 3D
a. If you have never done this, you can sign-up here
2. Create a request for the custom 3D that you want
a. Exact measurements and images can speed up the process
3. We will respond within the portal with any questions
4. Once it is confirmed what you are looking for, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs
5. If you would like to proceed, we will confirm the details and send a request for payment
6. Once payment has been received we will get started
7. We will deliver the new 3D models to your account and you will have access to them in your 3D Catalogs
