Create an RTO Order

Summary: The process of creating an RTO order is the same as Purchase Outright up until the Summary of the order where you choose the Purchase Method.

Steps

1. Select Rent-to-Own

2. Under Available RTO Contracts make sure the appropriate contract is chosen

  • If only one contract is available, that will be the one selected automatically

3. Click Show Rent Details

  • Enter any amount greater than the minimum required amount to establish a CRA
  • Select the desired monthly term

4. Check Add a Liability Damage Waiver (if required)

5. Click Show Deposit Details

  • Verify that everything looks as expected

6. Assuming you have filled in the Billing Address, Click Receive Payment

  • Note that entering more than the minimum required in the Deposit Amount field will not establish a CRA (see step 3 to establish a CRA)

7. Chose a Payment Method or Select Email Request for Deposit

8. After payment is collected click Finalize > Next

9. Fill out the RTO Application and click Next

10. Collect the signature via E-signature or a Manual signature
