This update introduces delivery actions for orders with the Request Delivery Confirmation action.

Reduce phone calls by requesting a confirmation on estimated deliveries

Customize delivery confirmation and re-scheduling prompts

Track the number of times a confirmation has been requested

Allow customers to confirm the delivery on their own timeframe and at their convenience

Allow customers to add additional notes to clarify reschedule requests and/or delivery

Allow customers to easily request a delivery reschedule (that then needs to be approved by your team)

Why did we do this?

Getting in touch with customers to confirm delivery times can be a challenge. With the Request Delivery Confirmation feature, your customers can confirm and/or request a reschedule on a delivery on their own time frame, making this process easier and more convenient for your customers – and your team!
